About the Kumta-Gokarna Trek
This trail runs along the scenic Konkan Railway route, connecting over 10 pristine and quiet beaches in northern Karnataka. These untouched beaches are rarely crowded, with only a few shacks catering to beach lovers.
The journey starts in Kumta and takes you through breathtaking spots like:
Vannali Beach
Kadle Beach
Nirvana Beach
Paradise Beach
Half-Moon Beach
Om Beach
The trek ends in Gokarna, home to the famous Shiva Temple.

Water: Carry 2 full bottles, as shops or water outlets are limited along the way.
Your luggage, including sleeping bags and tents, will be transported in a vehicle. You only need to carry a small daypack for essentials like water, snacks, and a cap. Make sure to pack your belongings in two separate bags—one for the vehicle (locked) and another to carry during the trek.
